Xuemei Si

Xuemei Si has been working as a biostatistician/statistician for over 10 years. Although she has busy schedule with work and family (she has two grade school children and her husband also works full time), she enjoys listening to music, singing a long with it and dancing with music whenever she can. Xuemei started to learn Chinese folk dance and classic dance about 7 years ago and joined WeiDance in August 2014. Since then, Xuemei enjoyed learning many different types of dances (modernized Chinese Folk dance, Jazz moves, etc) from Weiwei Fu who’s a professional dancer and the funder of WeiDance. Weiwei is such a smart dance instructor, she designed systematic dance move combinations according to dancers’ true ability and she sees their potentials, she helps them to improve eventually. In addition to learn and improve her dance skills, Xuemei also enjoys making friends with other WeiDance girls. As all other WeiDance members, Xuemei loves WeiDance too, together they use beautiful body movements to tell the story behind the music, which is the best part of dance she believes
